The mission of this job will be to collaborate and prepare the information of the negotiation sheets for the assigned products, according to the instructions of the National Purchasing Manager and the established procedures, in order to facilitate the optimization of the group's group purchasing calendar.
-Collaborate and prepare the information contained in the negotiation sheets of each product in your area of responsibility.
-Coordinate the product tests and tastings to be carried out in your area of responsibility.
-Prepare the contractual document with the supplier and formalize the contractual relationship and the conditions agreed in the contracts.
-Carry out the appropriate dissemination of information related to the products through the Communication Managers.
-Review the information disseminated in the brochures of the products (PVP, brand, description, weight …) and the ones used by different companies (EAN, brand, description, weight, …).
-Report possible incidents to your direct responsible to ensure their solution.
– Educational background related to the position (Business and Administration, International Trading or similar).
– Experience required: minimum 3 years of experience as assistant of a purchasing department.
– Minimum German B2 and Spanish C1.
– Valuable English.
