Our client is looking for Administrator with fluent Spanish and English who will provide organisational support to day-to-day running of their office based in Ireland.

 

  • Are you experienced in office work, with great admin skills?

 

  • Happy to work as back-office support, while being the point of contact for enquiries from clients and partners?

 

  • Looking to develop a career within Sales and Marketing Administration in B2B environment?

 

  • And on top of that – you are fluent in Spanish and English?

OUR CLIENT

Our client is an Irish company specialising in environmental services and providing eco-friendly and cost-efficient solutions for cities, as well as businesses and organisations. From their office in Dublin they are supporting clients and partners in various European countries, as well as in Asia, Africa and Middle East.

 

At the moment they are looking to expand the team working on one of their strongest markets – Spain.

 

You will be a part of their Sales and Marketing team, providing support in Admin and Client Relations fields.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing support to distributors and partners on Spanish market.
  • Co-operating with Sales Team and ensuring administrative support of sales operations.
  • Customer service for Spanish- and English-speaking customers (phone and email).
  • CRM database management.
  • Organising and updating marketing resources.
  • Translating marketing materials.
  • Market research.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain Business-to-Business experience while supporting clients and business partners, and actively taking part in developing company strategies.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Very good attention to detail.
  • Team-player attitude, with the level of independence in managing own part of work.
