We Offer


Global Reconciliation & Account Services (GRAS) team is the centralized one bank team responsible for opening, maintenance & reconciliation of the Bank's external Nostro & Depot accounts. The team supports all Operations and non-Ops departments.


The team has presence in Singapore, Pune, Zurich & Wroclaw. The GRAS- Account Lifecycle Team (ALM) is responsible for account opening, amendment & closing.


The role will offer you the opportunity to gain extensive experience of all aspects of the account opening process with a lot of regulatory and market driven requirements in Operations. Working as part of a highly motivated and growing team with different partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate account opening and closing of CS street side accounts with agent banks in compliance with regulatory, local market and agent bank requirements

  • Coordination between Agent Bank, RM’s and Network Managers to ensure required documents and other related formalities are obtained and completed

  • Coordinate the update of accounts in internal systems and the configuring in Host databases

  • Setup of new agent bank and transfer agent relationships in internal systems

  • Manage the opening and closing of broker and certain technical accounts in internal systems

  • Degree meaningful to financial services with at least 2 years’ experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills in English, and excellent partner management across all levels

  • Excellent judgment & analytical skills. Ability to be flexible & creative in problem solving

  • Ability to multi-task, work with deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume with excellent attention to detail

  • Enthusiastic, Great teammate highly motivated and can work well under pressure

  • Experience and understanding of Operational metrics and assessing risk through data driven methods in addition to reviewing results with senior management
