We Offer


The new member of Reference Data Product Production department will be responsible for financial instruments opening and maintenance in Credit Suisse Internal database, processing the requests from Private Banking customers referring to static data.


In this position:

  • You will activate various financial instruments on the IT platform

  • You will take care of the amendments and activities that match the individual expectations of the internal clients

  • You will be responsible for quality control within the Reference Data business process

  • You will get to know all the process-related procedures with regards to the highest quality requirements

  • You will demonstrate enthusiastic approach within the most important project initiatives carried out in the respective Operations area

  • You will maintain regular contact with client partners

  • You will actively contribute to developing highly-motivated team of process specialists

You Offer


  • You have basic knowledge of financial instruments that can be used in day to day operations

  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience in corporate environment (ideally banking or financial sector)

  • You are comfortable with your fluency in business English

  • Knowledge of German will be an additional asset

  • You demonstrate analytical skills

  • You are eager to obtain new knowledge you are looking forward to new challenge

  • You are a team-player, committed to service delivery excellence and always having the bank and clients' best interests in mind

  • You are dedicated and self-starter, with a “can do” attitude

  • You are ready to work on rotational basis (08.00-16.30; 9.30-18.00 with half an hour lunch break)
