– Fluency in Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Norwegian or Swedish is essential – both written and verbal communication
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our customers both over the phone and in writing

-Must be available for a regular schedule of 20 hours, Saturday and Sunday, 8am-7pm or 9am-8pm
-Must be available to attend 2 weeks full time training on April 2nd – 16th, (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm)
-Must be eligible to work within the EU
A Typical Day
When you first join you will be provided with full training. In the first two weeks of training you will be required to attend on a full time basis as you`ll learn about our products, partners, suppliers and systems – complex information but our structured and detailed training will give you the information you need. You will be tested on your knowledge to ensure that you reach the required standard before you can go onto the floor. You will then progress to taking calls and emails from customers in a supported learning environment. Once training is completed, you`ll be assigned to a designated team, depending on your language skillset, who will make you feel welcomed from the get go. Each day you will support our customers` needs in a helpful and engaging manner, via a variety of mediums such as phone, email and social media, We`re a 24/7 operation, meaning that our teams work on shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. For this part time role your scheduled hours will be Saturday and Sunday, 8am – 7pm or 9am – 8pm. Our environment is fast-paced and challenging, but extremely rewarding.
