Business Development Manager with Native Chinese – (103143)

Job Purpose

Ensure the implementation of our strategic with customers assigned. Fulfil the Sales Year Plan and consequently the Sales objectives fixed for the Sales Area. Coordinate with the rest of the organization teams and manage customer relationships to maintain high level of customer engagement on regional level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key business partner in developing long-term strategic sales and Route-To-Market plans for sustainably profitable growth
  • Addresses barriers to penetration in collaboration with R&D and Marketing and Logistic teams to achievement of annual & long term local business objectives.
  • Follow up delivery plans and customer strategies & activities.
  • Contributes to the DMR within the S&OP+ process.
  • Contribute to a healthy and profitable level of sales according to our plans requirements
  • Coordinate actions with local collaboration partners, like flavor houses or machinery manufacturers
  • Actively participate to build a high performing Sales Leadership Team
  • Maintains high level of customer engagement through operational excellence

Education & Professional Qualification: 

  • University degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • Min. 4 years in Sales Manager role or similar.

Knowledge/Experience: 

  • Solid b2b Sales Negotiation Knowledge.
  • Detailed knowledge of foof industry or confections category.
  • Good knowledge of the whole sale but good understanding of food retail trade.
  • Excellent Spanish and English skills
  • Native Chinese level
  • Chinese nationality preferably due to cultural implications in the sales area
