• Control resources for achieving goals in terms of corporate strategy
• Budget administration and accountability
• Preparation of annual plan and reporting
• Responsible for the implementation, optimization and further development of work processes and agreed sales activities
• Contact person for project leaders and clients

 

 

• You have (at least 2 years) experience in managing and controlling Call Centers
• BA/MA in Economics or similar 
• High affinity and orientation for KPIs
• Very good analytical and conceptual thinking
• Strong communication skills and proven ability for English (German large plus)
• Feel the needs of customers and market trends
• High motivation, target orientation and persistence, as well as a strong orientation for the everyday challenges
