As a Contact Center Agent, you will be using your sales skills to maintain the already existing good relationships between users and our client.
Your main responsibilities are:
– Keeping the positive atmosphere and provoking positive feelings with the client;
– Showing interest in the client;
– Cross upselling top quality products.
