Customer Service Representative with Polish and English Language.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Help the corporate clients of DXC Technology with different technical issues;
  • Consult Polish speaking clients about the specifications of the company’s products;
  • Follow best practice ticket management processes, i.e. ensuring tickets owned are handled and updated daily and every effort is made to make service levels;
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.

If you are:

  • Fluent in Polish;
  • Excellent English speaker;
  • Very good with customers and have excellent communication skills;
  • Willing to develop within a multinational company;
  • Interested in a technical position;
  • Advanced Microsoft office user;
  • Exceptional fast learner and logical thinker;
  • Always eager to improve.
