CRM Business Support Specialist – French Speaking – (103018)

FOR OUR OFFICE IN BUDAPEST, HUNGARY we are looking for a French speaking CRM Support Specialist to take care of all IT users from our prestigious client, providing technical assistance and high level of technical problem resolution via telephone or email, taking the ownership to monitor the incoming problems until they have been solved, either by him- or herself or with the responsible parties.

Responsibilities

  • Support EMEA clients during weekdays
  • Continuous training on a Cloud system/CRM tool
  • Take ownership and responsibility for problems of client’s technical issues
  • Analyse requests and complex problems, develop solutions
  • Provide technical support on T1/T2 level, specialised in configuration and analytics, reporting
  • Make outbound calls to set up, customise or update client’s system
  • Categorize incoming issues based on severity and support level required
  • Model client environments in a test org for troubleshooting purposes
  • Provide creative solutions
  • Liaise with different stakeholders

You are

  •  Advanced or native in French and advanced in English
  • Excellent at troubleshooting, searching, able to approach problems logically
  • Experienced in working with customers or in an international environment (IT field is an advantage)
  • Advanced user of Excel
  • Flexible, open-minded and you have a “can do” attitude
  • Ready to learn new applications and solutions
  • Able to work independently
  • Flexible to work in shifts on a 12X5 basis
