A Typical Day
When you first join you will complete four weeks of intensive training. In the first two weeks of classroom training, you`ll learn about our products, partners, suppliers and systems – complex information but our structured and detailed training will give you the information you need. You will be tested on your knowledge to ensure that you reach the required standard before you can go onto the floor in week 3 to start taking calls and emails from customers in a supported learning environment. After 4 weeks of training, you`ll be assigned to a designated team, depending on your language skillset, who will make you feel welcomed from the get go. Each day you will support our customers` needs in a helpful and engaging manner, via a variety of mediums such as phone, email and social media, We`re a 24/7 operation, meaning that our teams work on shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Our environment is fast-paced and challenging, but extremely rewarding. Resilience is paramount and our managers will recognise your achievements and your performance.

Health & Wellbeing
