We have a fantastic new opportunity in Dublin available for Dutch and/or German speakers with fluency in English. Our client in Dublin is a software company that provides employee reward and recognition platform to companies throughout the world.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will work in a varied role which includes administrative tasks as well as answering calls and emails from your clients. You will use your expertise to solve any issues relating to the product. You will provide information to enhance the overall experience of the platform and also work with your client to ensure the success of their recognition program. As part of this growing team your support will include among others activities such as password requests, nomination and redemption of awards. The focus is on client satisfaction so this position would suit a professional and experienced account manager.
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Full fluency in English PLUS Dutch and/or German
- Professional and interested in client engagement and who can think on their feet
- Have worked in a home based role before (desired)
- Experience in a call centre role
- Computer literate
- Team player
- Eagerness to learn and develop
