Information about the company that’s offering the internship:

This company is marketing horseback riding goods. They have equipment for riders, horses, and gear for riding facilities. To market their goods they have their store located in the uptown area of Barcelona, and also an online store.

They give students an opportunity to develop their customer service skills and improve their levels of languages, and to develop the online marketing strategy of the company: it all depends on the student´s profile and prior knowledge of marketing.

Since the beginning of our collaboration with them in 2015, students have given us positive feedback about their internships, highlighting the approachability of managers and the extent to which they developed their professional skills.

Internship tasks:

The student will help the Marketing and Customer Service department, depending on his/her knowledge and skills.

Marketing

  • Collaborate with the implementation of the virtual store;
  • Ecommerce tasks.
  • Assist the digital marketing manager by giving ideas of new strategies and putting them into practice.

Customer Service

  • Telefone contact with clients
  • Attention to clients in the shop
  • Receiving and organizing new merchandise for the shop

The internship could be 50%-50% or 70% (Marketing) – 30% (Customer Service)

Studies: Languages, Business, Marketing, Communication

Desired experience: not required, however experience in customer service valued

IT skills: MS Office, Internet

Other requirements: Knowledge in French or German is valued

Available from February 2018 to March 2018

For 4 to 6 months

Benefits: 250-300€/month net (depends on profile)

Working hours: Monday to Saturday – flexible schedule / 30-40 hours per week
