Customer Service Representative-Spanish w/Relocation Package – (103462)

Adecco Human Resources is now recruiting Spanish speakers with B2 English for a position of Customer Service Representative for a prestigious client company based in Lisboa.

Main responsibilities:

•Assistance and support to customers;
•Follow up of the questions by chat and email (no phone calls);
•Consistently provide solutions to consumers and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

•Native Spanish Speaker;
•Speak English for training and coordination purposes (B2 minimum);
