Our client is a worldwide known car manufacturer and its Customer Service Center is the central point of contact in Europe, caring for the needs of current and prospective customers. Their philosophiy is to exeed customer expectations while providing the best service possible. Customer service means for our client passion and dedication, day by day – a key performance to build up strong and lifelong client relations.

For their UK & Ireland team there are currently looking for an English-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Maastricht.

 

Description and responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) you are the most important interface between the customer and the organisation
  • You ensure that customer concerns and inqueries are handled promptly, efficiently and professionally
  • You take care of either after sales-service, service-, technical and product-related inqueries as well as general questions about the company (no shifts) or road-side assistance (shifts)
  • Contact with clients takes place via telephone, mail, fax or e-mail
  • You manage the services to customers and transfer product knowledge

In this position you can choose if you would like to work in shifts (including nights and weekends) or not.

  • Excellent language and communication skills in English, written and verbally
  • A solid understanding of customer satisfaction and customer care experience with a strong enthusiasm to represent our client and going above and beyond to ensure client happiness
  • Passionate, friendly, team-player mentality
  • Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes
  • Good knowledge of the geography and culture in the UK/ Ireland
  • Computer literacy
