Customer Service Specialist – (87303)

For our Client, Swiss financial company,  we are looking for:

Customer Service Specialist

Duties will include:
–    Providing telephone and email contact with  customers from Europe, including financial queries, product questions,  technical support in basic problems and cooperation with another departments, 
–    Independent processing of all kind of requests from new and already existing customers,
–    Responsibility for processes and quality requirements,
–    Resolution and follow-up on customer issues escalating to technical support teams as appropriate

–    minimum 1 year  of experience in customer service area,
–    Fluent in German (C1) and good english (B2)
–    University degree 
–    Strong client focus
–    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic  international organization.
