Our Client is globally recognized financial brand with SSC based in Krakow, Poland. The Center supports company's Clients globally, with the main focus on Europe. As the business is growing, we are currently looking for Candidates to join Customer Service Department.
Main Duties: delivering high-quality customer service, working on multiple systems, making calls to customers (internal/ other group entities),coordinating activities between various entities, responsibility for process customer documentations accurately to achieve agreed quality standards and targets, building an excellent relationship with stakeholders and ensure best quality account management while resolving customer inquiries.
We are looking for Candidates with communicative French and English language skills. Experience gained in a back office or operations would be an asset, but is not a must – we are also open for Candidates who are looking for first professional experiences! We are searching for a person who presents analytical and problem solving skills, ability to multitask, strong commercial orientation and a customer driven approach.
