We are recruiting a customer advisor with a Native level of Danish and an excellent level of English for our client that is a global and leading travel company. This person will be responsible for providing a seamless booking experience for the customers as well as helping customers in Danish & English over the phone/email or live chat with things like making/amending their reservation or answering pre-travel questions.
We’re looking for people who work 39 hours per week.
We are looking for a professional with the following:
-Native level of Danish
-High level of English
– Experience in customer service is an advantage
