Customer Service with Swedish – (104480)

We are looking for a Customer Service with a Native level of Swedish or Finnish to work for an International company in a Multicultural environment in the center of Barcelona.

• Deliver Training Consultancy Services to our customers
• Provide Customer Service by handling all training incoming queries via telephone and email communication
• Offer Level 1 Technical Support for our web-based Learning Management System (LMS) internal and external
users
• Perform outbound campaigning activities to meet our Training Sales business goals
• Host Training Administration Transactions that are very process-driven

Education: Higher Vocational Education

Experience: 1 year

Languages: Native level of Swedish or Finnish and Advanced level of English
