What would be your tasks?
* To provide professional support to airline passengers of Air France, KLM, Delta over the phone/via e-mail
* To assist with bookings, flights, luggage claims, web support, check-in support etc.
* To work on daily basis with programs used in airline business (Amadeus/Oscar)
What do we require?
* Fluent level of German and English (both languages are required)
* Willingness to communicate and help customers, willingnes to learn always something new and to face challanges
* Professionalism, accuracy, punctuality and responsibility
