You will work on a project for one of the largest companies in the industry, your role will be the first line of customer service, where you will help clients solve the issue they want to be solved. It is a job with future prospects. We want someone with a vocation for the client, with at least one year's experience or someone who has a great motivation to talk to people and to solve the questions that will be presented with the highest professionalism. – Native in Italian with high level in English
– Previous experience of/ or aptitude for Customer Service is a plus;
– Good organizational skills;
– A working knowledge of MS Word/Excel;
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations;
– Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines and KPI’s;
– Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment and procedures
