  • Offer high quality assistance to online communities of players;
  • Receive incoming calls / chat / emails and provides information about the offered services;
  • Finalize each call / instance through a resolution;
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achive team / department goals.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Polish (medium/advanced level);
  • Good understanding of English (B1 Level);
  • Highschool degree;
  • Good PC skills: Word and Excel;
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Full time program: Monday to Friday, 1 PM – 10 PM;
