Czech or Slovak Customer Support in Athens – Joining bonus – (103698)

  • Answer incoming customer calls regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good Knowledge of computers & modern technologies
  • Candidate must have European nationality
  • High school diploma
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
