Czech Speakers needed In Bucharest – Account Payable role – (87021)

Our client is a multinational business process outsourcing and information technology Services Company with 20 years of experience and 68000 employees providing different services as Finances & Accounting, It Helpdesk or Customer support from 25 countries in different languages.

In Romania since 2005, the company has its operations center in the country’s capital, in Bucharest and is working for more than 20 clients form Western Europe and the United States.
The city offers for the new residents a rich gastronomic culture, a beautiful and plenty of options old center and amusement options for everyone.

The Role :

  • Accurately and timely processing of supplier invoices

  • Check the supplier data and details in the ERP system

  • Sorting of invoices (according to criteria: document type, purchase order, headquarter or branch)

  • Communication and clarifications with suppliers (including correspondence and communication with suppliers)

  • Send invoices back to suppliers

  • Working knowledge of SAP and / or workflow tool is an advantage.

Requirements :

Newly Graduates and experienced are most welcome!!!

  • Fluent Czech and English speaker (B2)

  • Good manners on the phone and strong communication skills

  • Ready to work as a part of a team but also on own initiative

  • Basic Accounting skills are an advantage.

  • EU citizenship or valid VISA/work permit is mandatory!
