Czech speaking Customer Advisor – (86202)

Have you always wanted to work abroad? Well, now is your chance if you are ready for a new challenge! We are looking for fluent Czech speakers to join a customer service / technical support team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The role is for our client – a global outsourcing company – and is based in their office in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. This largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking!

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be representing a very well-known money transfer company and your tasks would be to answer incoming queries via phone, email and live chat. Queries in relation to payments, investigating of possible fraud, administration and solve any issues. Confidentiality is very important in this role as you deal with sensitive customer information.

 

 

 

 

 

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Czech
  • Good command of English
  • Previous experience in customer service / technical support is desired  
  • Ability to multitask
  • Computer literate
  • Eagerness to learn and develop

The selection process is done remotely via phone and Skype interviews. For the successful candidate, there is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes flight reimbursement within the first couple of weeks, 2 weeks hotel on arrival, which will give you the time to find something for yourself. The company will also support you in finding accommodation, setting up a Bulgarian bank account and Tax number. And of course, you will be fully trained before you start helping customers. In short – a lot of support will be provided to get you settled in your new city quickly!
