Dutch Account Manager – IT Sector – (86304)

A typical day
_You'll be maintaining constant communication with the accounts that you are responsible for in order to help them increase their sales
 
You will do this by
_Build and maintain a relationship with a set of the client’s resellers, in order to increase the revenue the resellers generate for     the client
_Execute and achieve sales quota and targets. 
_Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals
_Focus on driving profitability through proactive management.
_Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan.
_Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary.
_Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution.
_Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or resellers calls regarding service issues, customer inquiries and request   for additional services

 
What you bring to us
_A strong sales background with experience of managing your on clients and accounts
_A strategic approach to business
_The ability to communicate with business contacts at all levels
_High/native level of Dutch
_Fluent English

What we give to you
_Schedule: Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week

_Salary: 18.000 euros gross/year + up to 4.000 euros gross/year
