Dutch and German Inbound Sales Representative B2B – (87233)

We are currently looking for a German and Dutch with English Inbound Sales Representative for one of our Clients, a leading company in new technologies.

Responsibilities

-Handle and close inbound sales calls (SMB) to achieve quarterly quota
-Taking overflow calls as well for consumer
-Fast and effective response to inbound emails
-Handling of outbound calls to existing and potential customers (Quote requests, web requests, Online Store install base)
-Effective account management to grow business with dedicated accounts and development of new accounts
-Maximize Store revenue by upselling/cross-selling to increase order value and AOV
-Use discount delegations according to processes and the Store business rules to optimize revenue and margin (Accessories, Bundles, Upselling)
-Commercial knowledge (e.g. competitors, business processes, etc.)
– Product / technical knowledge (PC, Print, Accessories, services, pro applications, technical understanding)
-Managing and updating Forecast and Pipeline
-Ensuring personal knowledge of the Store portfolio is maintained
-Knowledge and analysis of SMB market needs and solutions
-Stock availability
-Initiate & manage Customer post sales related tasks; covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order Status Suite with a high quality, efficient and customer centric approach.

Candidate Profile

-German and Dutch native speaker with fluent English
-Strong communication skills
-Advanced knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, negotiation, objection handling, etc.)
-Motivation to work in sales
-Achievement and target oriented
-IT knowledge and technical understanding
-Minimum of 2 year relevant experience
-Experience in account management / acquiring and developing of new accounts
-Hold business level conversations deriving customer need before positioning product & price
-Strong personal interest & curiosity in IT products and applications
-Real capability to listen to customers
-Ability to conduct effective qualification skills, to ensure that they gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs,

We offer

-Full-time (39 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, and long-term contract
-Salary:17.000Euros gross/year + up to 6.000 Euros gross/year in bonus
-Regular and permanent incentives
-Specific compensation model based on over achievement
