Dutch Back Office Assistant – (103892)

Type of employment: Full Time

Location:  Limassol, Cyprus

Key Responsibilities of the position:

  • Classifying AML Documents
  • Calls Monitoring
  • Risk Monitoring
  • Perform KYC checks for Clients
  • Ensuring that KYC and AML procedures are processed effectively
  • Communicating with clients regarding documents
  • Approving Withdrawals
  • Handling any Back Office requests from Sales/Retention regarding Deposits, Withdrawals,   etc
  • Handling customer requests through phone and emails
  • Preparation of reports
  • Handling relevant Back Office issues
  • Checking swift copies
  • Checking CC refunds
  • Handling requests about closing accounts
  • Handling requests about tax statements
  • Translations
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements and Competencies:

Must speak English fluently and be a native speaker of DUTCH

  • University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience will be considered an advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and reaching personal targets
  • Ability to multi task
  • High working ethics and willingness to learn and develop
  • The position involves residency in Limassol, Cyprus
