We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a leading Fashion Brand in Spain.
Main tasks
-Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands related to orders (complaints, refunds, recommendations, etc.)
-Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
Requirements
-Dutch native speaker
-Fluent English
-Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
-Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
-Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' need
-Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution

We offer
-Full-time (39 hours/week) and Obra y Servicio contract
-Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09.30 to 18.30
-Salary: 16. 732,21 Euros gross/year + up to 1200 Euros gross/year in bonus
