Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

We are now recruiting Customer Care Specialists (Inbound) to our office in Barcelona to support the Dutch market. Based on actual skill-set and multi-language fluency, agents will handle various channels of support (e.g., phone, email, white mail, chat, etc.) inquiries covering pre-purchase suggestions, basic product troubleshooting, assist with consumer sales order entry.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Dutch Speaker (Essential)
Good English knowledge (training will be in English)
Ability to actively listen and determine customer needs
Excellent Communicational skills – typing skills for a chat or email environment

Experience Target (Preferable):
– Customer Care Experience.
– Troubleshooting experience.
– Email and chat support experience.
– Team player.

•Stable contract. Full time position, flexible shift of 9h with 1 hour lunch break. Shift within 8:00 and 20:00h.
