We are recruiting for fluent Dutch speaking candidates who want to join an international Customer Support team in Paris, France. In this role you will be helping existing as well as new consumers of a large car manufacturer via phone and email.
Most of your contact will be via incoming calls and emails but you will sometimes also make outbound warm call to your customers. Organise and coordinate test drives, updating customer data, general administration, answering queries, taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be part of your daily tasks.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch
- Good command of English or French
- Excellent listening and problemsolving skills
- Computer literate
- Eagerness to learn and develop
Full paid training will be provided. Competitive Salary plus monthly bonusses.
