An exciting new role has come available in Northern Ireland for a fluent DUTCH speaker to join an international
Payment Support team. The job is based in Belfast – a vibrant and multicultural city with lots of activities to do
during the day as well as in the evening. Besides this, outside the city you will find beautiful countryside to
explore!
As a Payment Support Specialist, you will represent a global online payment brand, where you will be the first
point of contact for new and existing customers from The Netherlands and Belgium. Your contact with your
customers is done via inbound phone calls and emails. This is a varied role involving administration and
customer service tasks. You will answer queries and solve any issues your customer is experiencing. Achieving
high customer satisfaction and first-time resolution is important in this role.
The successful candidate has:
Excellent communication skills with fluency in both DUTCH and English
Previous experience in a customer service role
Ability to multi-task
The selection process is done remotely via email, phone and skype. Once you are successful you will have to
book your own flight to Belfast, but your flight costs will be reimbursed. You will receive7 nights in a city centre
hotel upon arrival and thereafter you will receive support in finding your own accommodation in Belfast, opening
bank accounts and much more. Advance in wages available to help with first month’s rent and deposit.
