Represent an innovating company, whose recently designed e-cigarette product has managed to dominate the American market, and is now expanding to Europe! As a Customer Support Representative, you will be in contact with users from Italy, with responsibilities such as:
- Assisting customers with new orders
- Answering inquiries about product use
- Providing technical troubleshooting
- Setting up repairs for the devices over the phone
- Maintaining customer satisfaction & loyalty
Requirements of this position include good communication skills in Italian & English, familiarity with computers & MS Office. Additionally, work experience in customer service, healthcare or pharmacy will be considered as advantage.
