English speaking Key Account Manager in Catalonia – (106150)

As a Key Account Manager your main tasks will be:

  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director
  • Development of the Account Management sales strategy in coordination with the Commercial Director
  • Work with company CRM system and develop your personal Sales Pipeline
  • Key account management of all McFelder Key Accounts outside of Spain
  • Build your own network of key decision makers within the Key Accounts
  • Build using your own network of key decision makers to manage New Business Development opportunities
  • Attending meetings with clients at events such as international trade fairs in Europe
  • Meet monthly sales targets and margin objectives
  • English at a Native level
  • Spanish at a Native level
  • University degree (in Business, Marketing or Translation would be a plus)
  • Ideally 2 – 3 years of commercial Knowledge of computer systems, Windows and Office applications as well as any Zoho CRM systems
  • Powerful and eloquent communicator
  • Sales attitude; confident and not apprehensive about calls to leads (new contacts within establish McFelder client companies) and established McFelder clients
  • Team player
  • Goal oriented
  • With a strong desire to build a career in a commercial environment
  • Ambitious
  • Candidates must be British or EU citizens in order to work in Spain
  • Competitive base salary + commission
  • Working from the company offices in Banyoles, Girona, Spain
  • International travel to trade fairs and client meetings included in the role
  • In-depth and ongoing training/coaching in sales and business development with Sales Director
  • Pleasant and dynamic work atmosphere in the Girona province of Catalonia
  • 37.5 hours per week (Mon – Thurs, 9-2, 3-6, Fri 9-2.30)
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays
  • Full onboarding training will be provided
