Fraud Investigation Specialist with CHIN/TUR – (105949)

Responsibilities

* Process tickets opened in the system
* Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize risk of fraud
* Communicate with company client base – vendors, buyers, internal customers
* Administer compliance checks towards all newly created accounts
* Proofing credit cards and contact details
* Consistently achieve / exceed productivity and quality standards
* Participate on ad hoc projects as necessary
* Help keep the company as transparent and safe as possible for its clients

Qualifications

* Communicative level of English and minimum B2 level of Turkish, German or Chinese
* Independent decision making skills
* Communication skills and customer orientation
* Curious and inquisitive personality with an eye for detail
* Experience from administration, customer service and shared service center is preferred
* Experience in Insurance, finance, data analysis or research is an advantage
* Willingness to learn

Working hours: variating 8 hour shifts within day time
