Primary Job Responsibilities

As a customer advisor on this project, you will be part of a creative, highly trained team of global specialists responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer’s issues, as well as providing technical support for German business clients and hardware end users.

.Previous technical customer service or contact center experience

.Good troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking

For non-EU applicants, it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit
