French Customer Advisor – Airline Reservations – Lisbon

Your mission

  • Booking management (altering, cancelling or creating new reservations)
  • Advising customers on the services we provide on the phone or by email
  • Managing the reservations back-office (ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations)
  • Post-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
  • Handling and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)

Profile

  • Native or fluent in French
  • Good command of English (minimum B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, tourism or travel is a plus
  • Knowledge of GDS tools Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts (schedules depending on the project)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • For non-EU residents it is mandatory to have a valid work-permit
