We are looking for French Customer Service Advisors eager to develop their careers with the worldwide leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management
Responsibilities
-Help the customer in identifying and understanding technical issues
-Diagnose and identify the cause of the dysfunction
-Review the information collected during calls to improve the service
-Guide the customer to handle the alarm center and solve technical issues
-Follow the protocol to solve technical problems remotely (inbound and outbound calls)
-Generate a technician appointment if remote resolution is not possible
-Retain customers through upselling.
-Be familiarized with the products
-Advice about materials and additional must-haves for the technician's visit
-Native level of French and fluent level of English
-Knowledge on how to identify the problem and find the appropriate solution
-Sales oriented personality
-Ability to offer solution-oriented advice
-Experience in CRM or sales desired
-Interest in B2C relationship and / or a commercial fiber that just wants to be exploited!
-Show interest in technology and related services
-Part-time positions available, from Monday to Saturday
-Salary for 35 hours: 15524.74€ gross/year
