The Role:

Located in state-of-the-art facilities, our team of multilingual experts support a range of languages and assist the Opel/Vauxhall dealer network with the diagnosis and repair of vehicles.

Infotainment Agents work as part of a small team within a customer care centre environment, dedicated to the needs of owners and users of infotainment consoles (radio/music media/Bluetooth) fitted to Vauxhall/Opel vehicles.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be a dedicated single point of contact for customers with questions relating to Infotainment consoles.
  • Returning contact with customers through their preferred contact medium (telephone, email, letter etc).
  • Providing generic and specific information on the Infotainment console, including its technology, use, and operation.
  • Handling all associated customer complaints and escalations.
  • Meeting standards in volume of contacts managed, quality, performance and attendance.
  • Accurately logging of all contacts and following up on action plans using a case management system.
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude, professionalism, initiative, and flexibility in performing daily job functions.
  • Liaising with business partners – i.e. Opel/Vauxhall branded retailers, field managers and internal departments to develop service request resolutions and action plans.

What we’re looking for:

  • Native level French (written and spoken) and thorough understanding of the native culture.
  • Business level English.
  • Previous experience working within a customer care environment.
  • Automotive knowledge or experience preferred, a strong interest in vehicles and infotainment technology is highly recommended.
  • Demonstrated ability or aptitude to understand and articulate automotive issues and terminology.
  • Thrives on direct contact with customers by telephone and understanding the customers’ needs, displays diplomacy, is polite, remains calm, listens and always portrays a professional and positive image to the customer.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment, use own initiative and make decisions.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Ability to work on own initiative to follow up and resolve service requests raised by customers and initiate changes where necessary.
  • Team player, supporting the team to achieve objectives, friendly and approachable even when busy, but firm where necessary, working to team and individual standards.
  • Advanced customer service skills including flexibility, leadership, task orientation, proactiveness and strong work ethic.
  • An outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Excellent PC, Microsoft Office and internet skills.
  • Holds a full and current driving licence and prepared to drive a vehicle on any required activity

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
