French Scheduling Analyst – (103688)

You will manage, design, develop and coordinate existing and new procedures in between company Services environment in AMS.

Responsibilities

– Operate as a leading point of contact for all Installation cases and on top questions from Clients in AMS
– Assist with difficult requests or escalation needs
– Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to the AMS market according to the Partners and Client needs and objectives
– Support servicing to end customer

Education & Training

– University degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in French and English
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications

Experience & Skills

– 2 or more years working in the IT sector
– Excellent organizational and administrative skills
– Logical mind & business awareness
– High affinity for numbers and systems
– Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
– Motivated, flexible and reliable
– Good interpersonal and team-working skills
– Good presenting/training skills (for sharing standards with colleagues and team-members
– Develops and maintain plans, strategies and cases while performing all activities including functional, system, regression, performance and productivity behavior
– Analyzes results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action
– Possesses heavy customer focus
– Attention to details

Offer:

– Full time and long-term contract 39hrs/week 
– Salary: between 18.000 – 22.000 Euros gross/year in bonus
– Schedule: Monday – Friday from 09.00 to 18.00
