One of our well-known clients is currently seeking French speaking Customer Service Agents m/f for the E-Commerce sector in Dortmund.



  • Inbound customer service in ECommerce via phone and email
  • Response to queries in regards to product range, services an warranties
  • Handling complaints in a professional manner and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Update of the database on a daily basis


  • Fluent in French and English, both in written and oral
  • Strong communication skills and solutionoriented thinking
  • Team player, quick learner and good listener
  • Valid working permit and able to work in shifts


  • Temporary contract with the opportunity of takeover by our client
  • International working environment and friendly colleagues
