German Customer Service Advisor – (87419)

Hello candidate,

Sitel Barcelona is recruiting employees to cover the German market of one of our most important services in Barcelona, which is a dedicated company in the tourism sector.

 

What we do here is give support to the German customers:

  • Customer Care
  • Uses of the devices. Any issue the customer could have using them.
  • Excellent soft skills
  • Information about the product.

 

What we expect from you:

  • Solve the problems the customers could have with their bookings
  • To adapt to the clients, not everyone needs the same approach.

Where are we?

We are situated in the business area 22@ of Barcelona. Nearby we have the beach and the Poblenou District. We also have tramway and underground stations close to the site.

Our requirements:

  • German native level
  • English high level
  • Customer Service experience
  • Call center experience us a plus.
  • Soft skills

What we offer:

  • A long term position (contract based on a service)
  • Possibility of internal promotion
  • Full time position (39h/week)
  • 18,000€/gross 
  • Paid training of 10 days.
