The role of the RSPM is to manage proactively 3DP Service Partners to achieve the following goals. Grow, Support, Customer Experience. As well the Remote Service Partner Manager supports the channel partners on the resolution of day to day topics around 3D Printing procedures and accelerate the adoption of our products by building a competitive advantage through a lean support experience in the 3D printing market.

– Support servicing to end customer

– Monthly Business Reviews with Partners
Requirements
Education & Training
– University degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent degree
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Experience & Skills
– Native German with advanced English
– 2 or more years working as a Key Account Management in the IT sector
– Excellent organizational and administrative skills
– Logical mind & business awareness
– High affinity for numbers and systems
– Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
– Motivated, flexible and reliable
– Good interpersonal and team-working skills
– Good presenting/training skills (for sharing standards with colleagues and team-members
– Develops and maintain plans, strategies and cases while performing all activities including functional, system, regression, performance and productivity behavior
– Analyzes results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action
– Possesses heavy customer focus
– Attention to details
Offer:
– Full time and Indefinido contract 39hrs/week
– Salary: between 18.000 – 20.000 Euros gross/year + up to 2.000 Euros gross/year in bonus
– Schedule: Monday – Friday from 09.00 to 18.00
