As a Client Services Representative you will:
- Support customers in all aspects of purchasing products, including order entry, subscription and renewals via emails and calls.
- Interact with customers, partners and other internal departments to provide a variety of pre-sales or post-sales services.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations, coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer request are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
This outstanding opportunity is for somebody who has:
- Minimum 1 years experience working in call centre/ customer service.
- Excellent Communication and Language skills (Fluent in German AND English)
- Great Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Patience and empathy working with people every day.
