German Speaking Customer Service Agent – (86213)

Our client, a well known company within the travel industry, located in Czech Republic is seeking to recruit German CS Agents to join their team.

As their Customer Service Consultant you will be a member of the German team. Your task will be to assist their customers over the phone to help them in regards the flight reservations, cancellations or online check in.

Requirements:

* Fluent in German and English languages
* Good communication skills
* Able to work under stress and adjust to new environments
* Team player
* Willingness to learn and progress
* Good knowledge of different pc tools
