We are recruiting for an experienced bilingual Team Manager with fluency in English and German for an exciting role in Bucharest.
As a Team Manager you will manage a team of around 15 call centre agents. Your tasks is to create a stimulating work environment to continually increase the improvement and results of your team. Customer satisfaction is the main focus of this team and you will work closely with your team to ensure high client satisfaction is achieved. It will be your responsibility to analyse performances and make sure your team has the tools and knowledge they need to deliver their targets. Designing and delivering individual and group training/coaching sessions will be part of your role.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written English and German
Previous experience in managing a call centre team
Ability to motivate and coach team members
Strong Customer Service experience
Good analytical skills
Have a flexible attitude
Full paid training will be provided. Extremely competitive salary plus monthly bonuses.
