HR Administration Specialist with German – (86267)

Johnson & Johnson Global Services in key service centres located in Manila, Suzhou, Prague, Bogota and Tampa, as well as in local country-based hubs.

J&J GBS in Prague is currently looking for a German speaking HR Administration Specialist to support our growing HR department. The HR Administration Specialist is responsible for the execution of assigned tasks to support employees, managers and other human resource teams in the Regional Service Center.

 

You will have the following areas of responsibility:

  • Employee data changes and business structure updates
  • Year-end and year-round compensation processing and communications
  • Coordination of employee onboarding and off-boarding
  • Administration of absence requests and return to work process
  • Benefits enrollment support, invoice processing
  • Researching policy inquiries as required

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English 
  • 1 year of experience in HR in an international environment 
  • Experience with HR systems is a big advantage 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, and a 'Can-Do'-attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and a great eye for detail
  • Available to start immediately
