We are looking for the enthusiastic and target driven professionals to fill in the vacancy of ISR (Inside Sales Representative) at our HP Project.

Currently, they produce low-carbon solutions and energy-efficient products including HP displays, 3D printers and water-based inks; using safer materials and greener packing to lower their customers' environmental footprints.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assigned customer portfolio to manage and drive their purchasing toward HP via consultative selling, identifying their current installed based and business drivers and fitting the best solution to their needs

  • Proactively do calling to all assigned existing HP customers and new prospective clients, identification of new clients for HP in the database (hunting) and generating pipeline and incremental business on both

  • Detect and manage from beginning to end the pipeline on assigned customer set and provide all support needed to Channel and customer to close opportunities

  • Cooperate with other functions (Pre-Sales, Management, Pricing team, Partner Managers, Filed Sales) to ensure the smooth flow of the Business, support all questions from customers and ensure the best fitting solution

  • Provide an accurate forecast for the open and closed pipeline

  • Collect and input into CRM all customer data for future reference

  • Drive the use of tools and internal support to ensure the best efficiency

  • Previous B2B sales experience

  • Proven track of records in KPIs and Sales Achievements

  • Winning attitude and competitive nature

  • Strong in communication and proactive approach to customers

  • Ability to set priorities based on the customer, Quota and KPI objectives

  • Ability to work under stress, handle unique situations and work in the team

  • Basic IT knowledge and orientation on IT market

  • Very good knowledge of English and Native Russian speaker
