Our client is an international insurance company with offices in the centre of Barcelona.
As a Customer Support Representative, your main responsibilities will be:
– receive inbound calls from clients
– help with problem solving
– supply all the necessary information
– attend the customers’ needs
– provide excellent customer service
We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:
•Languages
– Fluent level of English, German and Spanish
•Experience
– At least one year of experience in customer service
– Experience in a help-desk position would be a plus
•Soft skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Good telephone manner
