Insurance Agent with German, English and French(Night Shift) – (86672)

We are looking a Customer Service agent with fluent level of English, German and Spanish to work for an international insurance company based in the centre of Barcelona. Candidates should have experience in customer service and excellent communication skills.

As a Customer Support Representative, your main responsibilities will be:
– receive inbound calls from clients 
– help with problem solving
– supply all the necessary information
– attend the customers’ needs 
– provide excellent customer service

We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:

•Languages
– Fluent level of German, French and English

•Experience
– At least one year of experience in customer service
– Experience in a help-desk position would be a plus

•Soft skills
–  Excellent communication skills
–  Good telephone manner

•Other
–  Stable professional background

-Working hours: 22 pm – 8 am with Rotative days 5 days working – 5 days off
